Ensures compliance with hospital/facility policies and procedures and governmental and accreditation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in an Engineering discipline; or high school graduation/equivalent plus an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5 years management experience in engineering; construction; or maintenance in a healthcare setting.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills preferred.

The successful candidate will offer the following:
- A minimum of ten years of operational leadership experience within a multi-hospital system or other organization of similar size and complexity.
- Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives that have led to measurable improvement and operational effectiveness.
- Creativity, critical thinking skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit will be essential.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline required (MHA or MBA preferred).
- Background in LEAN or Six Sigma highly desirable.
