Associate Vice President, Facilities Construction and Design, Jackson Health System

David J. Clark, MBA, LEED AP, is the associate vice president, facilities construction and design (FC&D) at Jackson Health System. In this role, he oversees all project initiatives throughout the system, as well as directs design and construction of all expansions, new construction, interior and exterior renovations and infrastructure expansion and replacement projects. He spearheads the daily operations of multiple design and construction projects and system‐wide initiates with capital budgets from various public funding sources. He also prepares the health system’s capital budget and the budget for FC&D department.

Mike Guerra
Territory Manager, Gordian

Mike Guerra has been involved in the construction industry for approximately 29 years. He has worked in school construction, maintenance and operations and has served in various roles including Project Manager/Account Manager/Territory Manager. He has vast experience working within multiple industries and clients in Healthcare as well as City, State and Federal organizations. In his current role as Territory Manager for Gordian, Mike is directly involved in assisting each client in creating construction documents, providing costing mechanisms (pricing catalog), creating specifications, implementing construction management software and training, assisting and providing support to the RFP/RFQ process and procurement of construction contracts, and overall technical support to all account managers within his territory.
