The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) last month issued an infection prevention checklist for outpatient care settings. The checklist is meant to be a companion to the CDC's Guide to Infection Prevention for Outpatient Settings: Minimum Expectations for Safe Care, which was released in May.
