The new Reliability-Centered Maintenance Journey for Health Care Facilities creates a clear path to physical environment optimization

The American Society for Health Care Engineering’s (ASHE’s) Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) Committee contributed to the recently released RCM Journey for Health Care Facilities.

The resource, free to ASHE members, provides tools and clear guidance on the principles of RCM. It also outlines the steps to successfully plan and implement an RCM program within health care facilities.

“ASHE would like to recognize the dedicated committee members who contributed their time and expertise to develop the RCM Journey for Health Care Facilities,” leaders at ASHE state. “Their collaborative work has produced a comprehensive resource for health care facilities managers in their RCM journey. Thank you to the committee for helping advance the field and supporting ASHE members in their efforts to improve reliability and operational excellence in health care environments.”
