Expanded data from hospital construction survey available online
If you missed the Health Facilities Management /American Society for Healthcare Engineering 2010 Hospital Building Report that was published in our February issue or would like to see expanded survey data from this project, visit www.hfmmagazine.com and click on the 2010 Hospital Building Report link.
In addition to gaining access to the full report we published in print, you'll get exclusive access to data on eight questions from the survey not covered in the print edition. These questions cover subjects such as the following:
• Facility design, including data on construction plans for speciality hospitals, features being incorporated into patient rooms to improve safety and comfort, and the percentage of hospitals using evidence-based design for construction projects.
