As reported previously, the Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI) has announced the opening of the public proposal period for the 2014 edition of the Guidelines for Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities. The Health Guidelines Revision Committee, the oversight group responsible for updating the Guidelines, has begun the process of revising the Guidelines and is soliciting proposals for changes to its text through Oct. 31. All interested parties are invited to submit suggestions through the FGI electronic proposal system.
