When it’s time to replace mattresses, the Mattress Recycling Council’s (MRC’s) Commercial Volume Program helps health care facilities recycle responsibly and efficiently.
Hospitals, skilled nursing and rehab centers may qualify for no-cost pickup and recycling — so they can focus on patient care.
California, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Oregon have statewide mattress recycling programs established by state law. The MRC operates the Bye Bye Mattress program in these states and provides eligible entities with collection, transportation and recycling of mattresses.
