Lee Health Coconut Point is a health and wellness destination for Florida residents that offers a broad array of medical services across the continuum of care. The atmosphere of the new 31-acre campus creates an enhanced patient experience and healing environment. It includes a 163,000-square-foot medical facility and health and wellness village. The campus was designed as a destination with distinction, offering patient-centric, integrated and coordinated care delivery enabled by technology.

The campus is master-planned for a future bed tower along with an extension of an esplanade, linking the central core with new clinics for outpatient services. The site is central to existing residential areas, new senior housing facilities and shopping.

The first phase includes a healthy life center for holistic health and care coordination services, a 24-hour emergency room, an outpatient surgery center, imaging services, a breast health center, cardiac testing, rehabilitation services and a recovery care center/clinical decision unit with observation beds. Other services include pharmacy, central laboratory and blood draw stations, and a pathology lab. The esplanade links to walking paths, an outdoor pavilion and a parking area used for public events such as farmer’s markets and art fairs.
